CluelyRS
A free, open-source meeting assistant for Windows and macOS. It listens to your meetings, transcribes them on your computer, and answers questions about what's being said and what's on your screen.
What it does
- Live transcription of your microphone and your computer's audio, on your computer by default.
- Answers on demand from the AI model you choose (your own ChatGPT, Claude or API account), using the conversation and, if you allow it, a screenshot.
- Meeting notes, follow-up emails and searchable session history, stored on your computer.
- Calendar reminders: connect Google Calendar to see upcoming meetings, get a reminder before they start, and name sessions after them.
How CluelyRS uses Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you sign in with Google, CluelyRS asks for read-only access to your calendars (calendar.readonly) and uses it only to:
- list your calendars so you can choose which ones to use;
- show your upcoming meetings and remind you before they start;
- name a session after the meeting you start it from.
The app reads your calendar directly from Google on your computer. There is no CluelyRS server, nothing is sent to the developer, and CluelyRS never creates, changes or deletes events. You can disconnect at any time in Settings › Calendar. Details are in the privacy policy.
